Pricing questions answered

Yes. There's one plan — add or remove seats any time and your price recalculates automatically at $53.90/mo per seat beyond the 2 included. No tier changes, no "contact us" step. Mid-month seat changes are prorated on the next billing cycle.
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and include 1 month free — if you cancel an annual plan early, we'll refund the unused months pro-rata. We don't believe in trapping customers.
Switch the billing toggle above to annual to see the discounted rate. Annual plans are billed once per year upfront and get 1 month free — you pay for 11 months, we cover the 12th. The discount applies to the seat subscription only — per-call charges ($0.30 each) are billed the same either way.
The free trial gives you full access to every feature for 14 days or $10 AUD in call usage — whichever comes first (that's around 15 calls). No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue — or you can cancel and owe nothing.
